Our Process

Our executive search process from start to finish takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks and includes a minimum of two site visits, a minimum presentation of five qualified candidates, weekly communication reports, guaranteed confidentiality, and unlimited access via text, phone or Zoom.

  • Discovery Call

    During this 1-hour call we will uncover your pain points, discuss your ongoing recruitment needs, and determine if we are a good fit for your organization.

  • Site Visit & Assessment

    We conduct an on-site visit to meet with club leadership, gain alignment on business goals, culture and organizational needs, and measure and analyze your values.

  • Position Strategy

    You’ll work with our team of experienced strategists to define and communicate job requirements, identify market conditions and determine candidate cultural fit.

  • Targeted Search

    We manage all aspects of your highly-targeted search from marketing to proactive prospecting calls and referrals by leveraging our industry relationships at the local, regional, and national level.

  • Candidate Evaluation

    We review each candidate with you and make recommendations. You can rest assured that your recruitment specialist will only put forward the best-fit candidates.

  • Interview Facilitation

    We work with you at each stage of the interview process from final interview set-up and negotiation to making the offer, all while maintaining confidentiality for both you and your candidates.

  • Follow Up & Support

    Our job isn’t done once your position has been filled. We continue to support your organization through 30, 90, and 360 day follow-ups. We also offer ongoing support through team performance workshops, and additional staffing support candidates.
