Union League National Golf Club is seeking a career driven, self-motivated individual to join their team as an Assistant Superintendent. Union League National boasts a 236-acre, 27 championship hole golf course by the Nation’s Finest Golf Architecture Team Fry/Straka, an expansive double-sided practice range with grass tees and an 18,000 square foot clubhouse.

The golf course has received glowing reviews as one of the top redesigns in the country, and now all 27-holes are open to provide a once in a lifetime opportunity for members and guests.

“This is honestly the only course project I know of, anywhere, that combines the two crucial elements: the massive earthmoving style and a Pine Valley-style palette — the soil and vegetation that we associate with great golf.” said Jason Straka, golf course architect.

“We hope to be the new Chicago Golf Club, the new Seminole, the new Pine Valley,” CEO Jeff McFadden, The Union League of Philadelphia said in November 2021 article. “We’re creating tradition. We’re not living on tradition, and that’s a big change for what makes us attractive.”

About Us:

Union League National Golf Club is a stunning 27-hole golf course constructed by Dana Fry and Jason Straka. Originally built by Fry and Michael Hurdzan in the early 1990s, the golf course has underwent an ambitious renovation in recent years. Jason Straka has cited renowned courses such as Pine Valley, Calusa Pines, and Tobacco Road as sources of inspiration. The bunkers were shaped by the talented team of Ernie Polverari and Luis Varela, whose previous projects include Mammoth Dunes in Wisconsin and Gamble Sands in Washington.

The three nines that make up Union League National are named after Civil War generals: Grant, Sherman, and Meade. National will challenge your game while providing views found no where else in South Jersey. This is a golf experience you will not soon forget.

With three unique properties, the League is committed to offering our members an unparalleled golf experience through diverse programming and exceptional amenities.
